How can I change the ports user by the license server?

By default the Thunderhead License Manager users TCP port 52100 to serve licenses to the LAN. These ports can be changed in the license file by editing the port numbers on the HOST and ISV lines, which look like this:

HOST {Your Hostname} {Your HostID} 52100
ISV theng theng.exe theng.opt 52101

After changing the port numbers in the license file, you must restart the server (see step 5 in How do I install a floating license?). You must also ensure that any client program installations referencing the previous port numbers are upated, and any firewall rules allowing traffic on these ports are adjusted accordingly.
